Kai's Quest v0.3b was released 1/20/05

What's new in v0.3b:
*HP, SP, and EXP bars
*some new spell animations (by Mebius)
*new characters (some still awaiting new sprites/pics)
*new areas to explore
*new spell types
*new monsters / monster groups
*specail hidden stuff (joy!)
